Protection From CorrosionThe signposts are manufactured using the unique patented triple layer Flo-Coat rust and corrosion resistant product protection which has shown itself to be the best over the long haul versus all competitive product offerings. This in-line galvanizing process provides a triple layer of protection: a uniform coating of 99.99% pure zinc, followed by a conversion coating and a clear organic topcoat. The process also includes a protective interior coating that offers more than double the corrosion protection of pregalvanized tube. |
